Promising Women is led by and composed of women who have held executive positions in multinational companies and corporations, including senior management. Additionally, they have experienced the complexity of balancing a demanding professional career with the development of a family and children.

Promising Women approaches the issues to be solved in an analytical way, by obtaining information, analyzing the data and drawing objective conclusions. We add our experience and knowledge derived from our own research and work, as well as studies of third parties of recognized prestige.
Research and development of knowledge
Promising Women has several sources of proprietary research, such as a survey of 400 people on the most important factors in the careers of professional women and men, extensive knowledge derived from in-depth interviews with 100 talented women, a survey on personal confidence in the business environment completed by more than 300 women, etc.
